If when clicking the 'submit' button in the response form you receive an error message in your browser (possibly error 002) then this may be due to the following:

If internet security settings on your PC (firewalls, Norton et al) are set to block referrer information then Urthworks' server cannot return the correct information to your browser. Urthworks' server uses referrer information to guard against abuse of the system.

In this case please either adjust your firewall settings or simply contact Urthworks using this email link enquiries@urthworksaudio.co.uk - also available at the bottom of each page in the site.
